On the occasion of International Museum Day on 18th May, 2020 IGRMS organised an Essay Writing Competition on the subject 'Impact of COVID-19 on Museums'. This competition received huge response from all over India.

The result of this competition is as follows:
1. Ms. Shikha Singh- first position
2. Ms. Sakshi Ajmera- second position
3. Mr. Tahir Khan- third position

Participants securing first, second and third position will be awarded with the cash prize of Rs. 3000, Rs. 2000 and Rs. 1000 respectively. All the participants will be given digital certificates.

In addition, this museum is organising an Essay Writing Competition to add more and more visitors digitally with museum. The topic of of this competition is "Impact of COVID-19 on Museums". For participating in this competition one has to register her/himself through email and submit her/his essays through email by 10:00 pm on 18th May, 2020. The participants will be provided digital certificates. The participants who will secure first, second and third place will be given a cash prize of rupees 3000 rupees 2,000 and rupees 1000 respectively as also will be provided with 1 year membership of special scheme of this Museum entitled "Friends of IGRMS".
